How we handle your personal data when you use this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

02Data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form: your name, email and country, and optionally your phone, the stone of interest and your message. If you consent, we collect anonymous, privacy-friendly traffic statistics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies or profiling.
03Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to respond and prepare a possible quotation — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent for the message you send). Analytics are used only with your consent — Art. 6(1)(a).
04Recipients
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. Enquiry submissions are handled by our email / form provider. We do not sell your personal data.
05International transfers
As an India-based company, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied. Details on request.
06Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, then delete it.
07Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
